Shipping

Standard shipping to the continental US is always $6.00! All items are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Once your items are shipped, you will receive them within 2-5 business days (excluding holidays). If we receive your order after 4pm, we will begin processing your order the next day. If you have an event or special occasion and need your item sooner, please let us know @ support@thepurpleposyboutique.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.

**Shipping to Canada, Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii is $15.00. Any additional shipping locations will be handled on and individual case by case basis.

Return Policy

Thank you so much for shopping The Purple Posy Boutique! We want you to LOVE every item you purchase, however, if you are not 100% satisfied we do offer a few options. If you would like to return your merchandise, we ask that you ship it back to us within 14 days of receiving the item. We offer store credit or exchanges only – we do not issue refunds. Once we receive your item(s), a store credit will be processed and will reflect the amount you paid for the item with discounts and taxes at the time of purchase. The item(s) must be un-washed and un-worn with tags attached and free from any damages. We do not accept returns on jewelry, hair accessories, body suits or sunglasses. Shoes must be un-worn and in their original, un-damaged box. Please ship the shoe box inside another box to prevent damage. The store credit does not include the shipping fee. The customer is responsible for the return shipping. Sale and clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Damaged items 

Although we do our best to inspect every item before it is shipped to you, damages sometimes do happen. If you receive a damaged item, please let us know immediately at support@thepurpleposyboutique.com so we can resolve the issue with a replacement item or credit. If an item is damaged and the tags are attached, our regular exchange policy will apply.
